      • A few packets of unsterilized jewelry are mixed in with sterile jewelry packets. Please ensure all the jewelry is sterile prior to being placed in the sterile jewelry packet storage area. The packets were removed by the operator during the inspection.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • The manufacturer's instructions for the ultrasonic cleaners were unavailable at the time of the inspection. Please ensure to have a copy of the ultrasonic cleaner's manufacturer's instructions available onsite.
