      • Near hand sink area, washcloth bucket with quats sanitizer measured at 50 ppm. Staff refilled bucket with sanitizer and was measured at 200 ppm.- Make sure to regulalry replace the sanitizer solution to maintain proper required concentrations.

      • Uncovered meat products found on the back food prep table. Temperature measured at 18C. Operator moved food to walk-in cooler to control temperature.- Ensure that food temperature is out of danger zone of 4C-60C.
