- All areas affected by mice droppings must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Mice droppings were observed on floors and shelving units. Paper bowls and packaging contaminated by mice droppings were discarded at the time of inspection.

- 28(2) If an operator is absent from a food establishment, the operator must ensure that a member of the personnel who has successfully completed a food hygiene training program is present.
- Food handler was unable to provide food hygiene certification. Proof of food hygiene certification must be provided to the Public Health Officer.
- 29(2)(a) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:
(a) the food establishment and equipment are maintained, cleaned and sanitized;
- Rodent droppings were found in the following areas: under the storage racks opposite to the dishwashing sink, at floor-wall junctions in the walk-in cooler, in the cabinets at the front service area. Clean and sanitize the areas affected by rodent droppings.
- 28(2) If an operator is absent from a food establishment, the operator must ensure that a member of the personnel who has successfully completed a food hygiene training program is present.
