      • A plug cover was missing in baby room and in toddler room. This was corrected during the inspection. Ensure all outlets are covered to prevent injury.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • A tap at one of the sinks upstairs was broken. Tap in middle washroom was loose and sink was draining slowly. Centre had plumber scheduled to repair sinks.
