- Children's backpacks in infant room were stored on floor next to diaper genie. These were moved during the inspection. Ensure all personal belongings are stored separately from one another in an area that is not prone to contamination.

- Toilet paper dispenser in middle washroom in upstairs room (NE room) had come off wall. Facility was aware and had arranged for repair. Ensure toilet paper dispenser is re-installed.

- Water/sand tables had spigots with valves that present pinch hazard to children. Please cap valve or make it so that children can't open and close these valves.

- Table used for pouring bottles of milk in infant room was directly beside diapering table. Please ensure there is separation between diapering area and food service area.

- 1. In napping rooms cots were set up on one side of room without sufficient spacing between cots. Ensure cots are spread at least 60cm apart.2. Bed linens were stored on stacked cots. Bulky blankets were contacting cot above. Store blankets in cubbies or in labelled bags so they are not contacting another child's linens to prevent cross contamination.
