      • Observation(s): The Licensing Officer noted the presence of landscape fabric positioned above the surfacing material. This posed a potential tripping hazard for children in care. During the inspection, the Manager remedied the issue by removing the fabric. The non-compliance was deemed corrected at that time, and no further action is necessary.
