In this scenario; maximum capacity for the group would be 16. Child Care Licensing Regulation Schedule E for service types and ratios was reviewed with staff during the inspection. LO observed one child being picked up at the end of the inspection and information was received regarding the facility's revised process for scheduling children. Contravention resolved during the inspection.
