- QUAT sanitizer solution measured 50ppm. Discussed issue with vendor she indicated that she would make new sanitizer prior to washing and sanitizing her equipment at the end of her sales today (she was very close to sold out at time of inspection) and she would ensure to have a fresh sanitizer solution for each day of the event. Test strips were available onsite for sanitizer testing but had gotten wet and would need replacement.
