      • 1-Sandwich cooler's front section was not maintaining temperature below 4 degrees Celsius. The temperature of the shelves were measured between 10-13 degrees Celsius.2-Creamer/milk standup cooler by the beverage counter was measured at 12 degrees Celsius. Repair/service is required.Ensure all equipment is capable of maintaining required temperature of foods.

      • Food item (brownie) in the vertical stand up freezer was noted without cover. Operator the covered the food during inspection onsite.Ensure all foods are covered while stored in freezer and cooler.

      • Prepackaged burgers, raw meat patties and deli meat were noted being stored at 10-13 degrees Celsius. Temperature was measured with PHI's as well as operator's probe thermometer. All meat base food items were voluntarily removed from the cooler to be discarded.Ensure all foods in refrigerator are stored at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
