    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • - A 2 compartment sink is required for dishwashing. Please install. - If hand sink is within 1ft of the 2 compartment sink, then a splashguard will be required for hand sink.- 2 compartment sink must be large enough to fit and rotate food equipment/utensils inside of the basin for manual dishwashing.- At present the facility has a handwashing sink and have access to a chemical based low temp. good working dishwashing machine.
