- The floating weir for the whirlpool was observed to be broken during the time of inspection. Please ensure that all filtration equipment is maintained in good repair at all times.

- During the inspection it was found that the filtration rate for the whirlpool had been increased to 14.51 GPM/sq ft. The flow rate to the whirlpool was also increased along with the swimming pool flow rate, the whirlpool flow rate did not need to be increased. Please return the whirlpool flow rate back to the original flow rate of 35 GPM.Please ensure that the filtration rate does not exceed 12.5 GPM/Sq ft for the whirlpool.

- The total alkalinity of the whirlpool was tested to be at 59 ppm during the time of the inspection. Please ensure that the total alkalinity is maintained between 60-180ppm.

- 1. The floating weir for the whirlpool was observed to be missing during the time of inspection. Please ensure that all filtration equipment is operational at all times.2. The automated controller readings are inconsistent with manual testing, the automated reading for pH were 7.7 and the manual testing for pH was 7.31. Please ensure that the automated reading for the controller is more consistent with manual testing. Consider recalibration or cleaning the sensors.

- 1. During the inspection it was observed that 2 tiles were missing from the basin liner of the whirlpool. Please ensure that the whirlpool finishes are maintained in good repair at all times. 2. Visible discoloration was observed in the whirlpool basin. Please ensure that the whirlpool is maintained in a clean condition at all times.3. The whirlpool skimmer cover was observed to be cracked at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that all pool equipment is maintained in good repair at all times.
