- Observation(s): Taquitos were being hot held at the time of inspection. The facility does not have a food service permit to allow the prep and sale of taquitos. The staff was asked to remove all taquitos from hot holding unit and to not be prepped and served until a valid permit has been acquired. In addition to food service, there must be a hand washing station in the food service area, which was not available.
