    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • No sanitizer solution was observed during the inspection. The facility uses a high-temperature dishwasher. A sanitizer solution is required for food-contact surfaces, equipment, or large items that cannot fit in the dishwasher. Please ensure a food-safe sanitizer is available at all times. Suitable options include chlorine, iodine, or quaternary ammonium-based sanitizers, along with the appropriate test strips to verify concentration.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • March 6, 2026: Opened bags of flour and sugar were observed in their original bulk bags, and a bag of flour was stored directly on the floor. Please obtain food-safe, tightly lidded containers and store all opened food in them to prevent contamination. All food items must be stored at least 6 inches above the floor on pallets, shelves, or racks to protect them from moisture, pests, and dirt._________________________________________________________________________________5th July 2024: Bags of sugar and flour were stored on the ground. Please store open bags in proper containers.

      • No pest control records were observed. Pest control measures and monitoring must be carried out, with records maintained at least once a month and available onsite for review. The AHS pest control checklist has been sent via email for the facility’s use.
