      • A yellow cloth was observed adjacent to the diapering area in the New Brunswick Room. Staff indicated that they used the cloth to wipe down the sanitizer on the change pad.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • No hot water available at one of the hand sinks in the British Colombia Room.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Observed some 4+ paints in the 12-18 month old room. Please verify that these bottles of paint are refilled with an age appropriate paint, or remove them from the room.
