      • The cold-water tap is in disrepair on the handwashing sink near the front food prep area. Ensure that the indicated tap is repaired and/or replaced.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • In the back food prep area, a large section of duct tape is observed on the wall. Ensure that the duct tape is removed and/or replaced with a surface that is smooth, durable, easily cleanable and resistant to moisture.
