      • Toilet paper dispensers were not available in the OSC washrooms. Please install dispensers to allow for sanitary use of the toilet paper.

      • The cubbies in the OSC had fallen off the wall and were sitting on the floor. Since they will not be reinstalled, in the same location, please refinish this wall area so that it is smooth and cleanable.

      • Preschool room - two ceiling tiles in the preschool room were observed to be water damaged. Replacement required.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • Kinder Room - the surface of the lego table was in disrepair and was not properly cleanable.

      • The water temperature in the preschool bathroom and OSC was too hot but was turned down at the time of the inspection.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • OSC - the fridge in the OSC was too warm, monitored at 7.6C. Please ensure the fridge is maintained at 4C or less and a thermometer is available in the fridge to monitor temperatures.
