- The Quat sanitizer in the red buckets was measured less than 100ppm.*New solutions were prepared for the red buckets which were tested at 200ppm.-Ensure that the Quat sanitizer is maintained at 200ppm.

- No paper towels were present in the front hand sink.Paper towels were placed.-Ensure that the hand sink is properly supplied with hot/cold potable water, soap and single use paper towels.-Also provide a dispenser for the paper towels.
