- Dirty washcloth was stored on top of the meat cutting table. Operator voluntarily removed the dirty cloth during inspection.- Operator is to ensure that dirty cloths are washed and sanitized and stored in a sanitizer solution at all times.

- Improper storage of raw meat was observed: 1. Raw chicken was stored directly in carboard boxes, and without proper covering.2. Cut meat bones were haphazardly stored with other meat products in the chest freezer.- Ensure all raw meat products are stored in clean, food-grade, non-absorbent containers and are properly covered at all times

- Standing cooler ambient temperature was measured between 8.1 - 11.5 degrees Celsius. Perishable food items such as milk, eggs, yogurt were transferred to back coolers during inspection. - Please repair. Ensure food items are not stored in the cooler unless the cooler is able to maintain temperature at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
