      • Uncleanable equipment such as nail files and bluffers were being reused.-Please do not reuse any equipment labeled as single-use. If the equipment cannot be cleaned and sanitized/treated with a suitable product to reduce the level of dirt and number of microorganisms, then such equipment must be used once and discarded.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Preempt RTU was used to disinfect reusable semi-critical equipment such as nail clippers and cuticle cutters.-Please provide and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to ensure properly cleaning and disinfection of such tools.
