- Jaljeera was mixed and stored directly inside a chest freezer. The material inside the freezer was in disrepair as a hole (containing spices from the jaljeera) was noted in the material. Discarded. Directed staff to stop using the chest freezer and to use food grade pails to mix the jaljeera.

- The temporary hand wash station was located outside the tent and was not accessible to food handlers. Staff moved the hand wash station into the tent before the end of the inspection.
