      • 1.The diapering table in the infant room was worn down making it difficult to clean.Please repair or replace the diapering table from the room and ensure the diapering area is smooth, easy to clean, and waterproof.

      • Bleach water solution was recorded as strong as 1000 ppm in some rooms. Ensure bleach water is at 100ppm for effective sanitation.Operator remade bleach bottles onsite

      • tape was used in various high touch surfaces making them difficult to clean. Areas included- The diapering table in the infant room- the diapering table in the toddler room- the floor in the toddler room and on waist level shelves in the child play area.- the puzzle and craft shelf in the kindergarten room- The metal shelf in the Preschool room- The heat register in toddler room 2Please go through the facility and remove all tape from high touch surfaces that children interact with, shelves, and high risk areas like diapering tables.Ensure all surfaces are smooth and easy to clean to allow for proper cleaning and disinfecting.

      • Hot water temperature measured around 34 degrees Celsius in most of the daycare's washrooms.-Please increase and maintain the hot water temperature between 38-43 degrees Celsius to ensure proper hand washing process.

      • 1. The handwashing procedure after diaper changes was not properly followed or managed. A child's hands were not washed immediately after the diaper change; the child was allowed to wander around, putting unwashed hands on classroom surfaces before handwashing. This occurred while caregiver was busy clearing the diapering surface and area.Action Required:-Review diaper handwashing procedures with all staff members.-Ensure children's hands are properly washed immediately after diaper changes and that they are either led out of the washroom or handed over to another staff member.-Staff members must also properly wash their hands after clearing and cleaning the diapering surface and area.2. There was no diapering station in young toddler's room; the classroom floor was being used as diapering surface.-Please provide suitable diapering surface/station.

      • Acrylic and non age-appropriate craft materials were noted in some classrooms.-Please remove the indicated materials and review all craft materials in all classrooms, ensure they are age appropriate and suitable for each classroom.

A partially dislodged ceiling tile was observed in the school-age washroom.-Please fix to prevent a potentially dropped-object hazard.3. A gap with dirty debris observed around the handwashing sink in the school-age and young toddler's washrooms.-Please clean the indicated areas and apply silicon sealant to prevent water infiltration.
