    • CI1.7 - Is the facility operating legally under the Act?
      • Observation(s): Licensing received information that care to children that may require a license is being provided at 11205 Harris Rd. in Summerland BC. The licensing officer observed seven children being cared for at the providers home. The operator stated five of the children were unrelated to her. A written compliance plan was requested to be submitted to licensing by 4pm on July 18, 2025.
      • CI1.7B - A person must not provide or hold themselves out as providing care in a community care facility. Act( 5 )(b)
