- Inspector attended the site to conduct a monitoring inspection. The operator was not available on-site. A notice posted on the door indicated that access is by appointment only. Multiple voicemail messages were left for the operator requesting a call back. The operator is required to contact the Public Health Inspector to schedule the monitoring inspection.
