      • No surface sanitizer was prepared at the time of inspection. - Please ensure that if food preparation is occurring there is an appropriate food safe sanitizer available.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towel dispenser at the hand sink was initially empty. - Dispenser was refilled, please ensure the hand sink is stocked with soap and paper towel at all times.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • No pest control records were available onsite. - Please provide most recent pest control report for review. Ensure that records are available onsite.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Some of the paint is chipped off the floor and the ceiling.- Please repair these surfaces, ensure they are smooth and cleanable and do not catch debris.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1) There was some dust/food debris buildup on the ceiling, and in corners/hard-to-reach areas. - Please clean and dust and food debris.2) Some clutter noted in the front storage area. - Please remove any unnecessary items to make cleaning the floor of the facility easier.
