      • Dishwasher in the kitchen was initially not sanitizing, measuring at 0ppm chlorine. - Line was primed and sanitizer concentration was able to be detected at 100ppm. Please continue to test the sanitizer concentration.

      • Wooden plank in the deli counter which holds the wrapping is in disrepair. Sides are damaged exposing raw/porous wood. - Please repair or replace this plank, ensure all equipment is in good condition and can be properly cleaned.

      • Overall, the facility is very clean and in good repair. There was some dust buildup on the ceiling/upper walls of the kitchen. - Please clean this area.
