     • Observation: Observed one hand washing sink that was not in service due to a leak and another one with a broken hot water nob. All equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces in a food premises must be in good working order. Operator has two other functioning hand washing sinks.
     • Corrective Action: Operator to repair both hand washing sinks.

     • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Pineapples were observed being stored in the aluminum can they came in.
     • Corrective Action: Ensure all canned foods are placed into a food safe container once opened to avoid any possible chemical contamination.
   • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
     • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Immersion blender was observed in the hand sink accross from the cooking area.
     • Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times and used only as a hand wash station whenever food is being prepared. Soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.
