- Chlorine (bleach) sanitizer was tested and found to be 10 ppm. Solution was re-made and tested at 100 ppm. Please test your sanitizer to ensure it is at an appropriate concentration. Chlorine test strips were available.

- There was a bucket of ice melt in the kitchen. Please ensure all chemicals that are not relevant to food operation are stored out of the kitchen.

- Springtime Gentle Care bleach is currently being used. Please purchase a plain bleach (no fiber guard/scents etc.) to ensure it is food safe.

- Multiple small bowls were being used as scoops in the bulk bins. Operator was notified, bowls were removed. Please ensure scoops with handles are purchased. The scoops should be stored with the handles facing up and away from the food supply or outside the bulk bins in a clean container.

- Hand washing sink did not have paper towel available. Paper towel was then provided but it is not in an appropriate dispenser. The paper towel that was ordered was the wrong size for the wall mounted paper towel dispenser. Please ensure an appropriate dispenser is provided.
