      • Expired surface disinfectant was in use. Operator replaced disinfectant. -Ensure viable disinfectant are used at all times.
    • 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
      • The cleanser and disinfectant bottles were unlabeled. Operator labeled the bottles.-Ensure all bottles are labeled correctly to identify the content.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • The eyebrow brushes and the container in room 2 were dusty.-Ensure all containers containing clean items are kept clean at all times. Single use items should be discarded after use.
