      • Observation(s): Observations: Children's attendance records were reviewed and indicate that children's arrival and departure times are consistently recorded. Snacks served to children are noted on attendance sheets, log of minor injuries/incidents/ unexpected events are updated regularly. Children's records were reviewed and are complete. Infraction: Weekly play space inspections are conducted and recorded. It is a requirement of the Standards of Practice that daily, monthly and yearly inspections be conducted and recorded. - Prior to LO's departure, Assistant manager had created and put in place a method to record daily, monthly and yearly inspections.
