- Observation(s): There was no evidence of pests observed, but the basement requires decluttering, better organization, and cleaning of floor which has become greasy. It should be organized some you can clean under shelves and easily monitor for pests.
- F2.2A The premises must be maintained to prevent harbouring (sheltering) or breeding of pests.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Glasswasher was out of sanitizer, restocked while i was there. Last time it was out of detergent, please check chemicals every day and replace bottle if low.
