      • Observation(s): Children had access to hazardous item such as cleaning products. Having access to hazardous materials poses a risk to the health, safety and wellbeing of children in care. The door to the room containing the cleaning products was closed by the Manager, this contravention was corrected during the inspection.

      • Observation(s): Contravention identified during the investigation: - The Licensee did not notify Licensing of the change of Manager. The Licensee informed Licensing of the Manager Change on 30-Nov-2021 to be effective from 01-Dec-2021.

    • C1.1 - Does the licensee continually inform licensing of any significant changes to the structure or operation of the facility?
      • Observation(s): Licensing was notified of an emergency repair and temporary move to a space, within the building, that was not licensed. Approval of a floor plan change should occur prior to use of the space. If this is not possible the facility should submit a temporary closure notification to families and Licensing until approval has been received.
