      • Observation(s): Operator to look into ordering dishwasher testing labels to monitor dishwasher since it is domestic and not NSF certified. Will send some examples of testing devices in a separate email.

      • Observation(s): Staff was unsure whether their current Food safe certificates were valid or not. Certificates without expiry dates on them expired in August 2018 An online refresher was available at www.foodsafe.ca so if needed, staff should complete the refresher or provide written confirmation/photo that their current certificates are valid
