- Observation(s): Quats test strips were expired. Staff to send photo of new test strips once they've been obtained.
- F2.1A Sanitizer test strips must be available for each chemical sanitizer used at the premises.
- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): Disinfectant was use at the facility on food contact surfaces. Please do not use disinfectants on any food contact surfaces, including counters as they are not food safe. Dilute to 200ppm (for quats based sanitizer) as you do for your other sanitizer bottle.
- F2.3D Sanitizer solution must be available and kept at the correct levels for adequate sanitizing action.
