      • There was no post treatment care instructions available for clients that undergo energy-emitting services.-Please develop and provide post treatment care instructions (oral and printed copy) to such clients.

      • 1. There was no high-level disinfectant to disinfect reusable semi-critical equipment/tools such as nail clippers, cuticle removers and nail drill bits.-Please provide and use high-level disinfectant such as preempt CS20 or HLD5 to disinfectant such equipment after the cleaning step.-If the high-level disinfectant is to be reused for more than one day, please provide suitable test strip and ensure its concentration is monitored and test result documented as appropriate.2. There is no disinfectant to ensure properly cleaning of non-critical equipment such as facial machine handles after each use.-Please provide and use disinfectant such as preempt RTU to ensure proper cleaning of equipment and tools.

      • Facility' surfaces including pedicure basin were to be cleaned with only water and soap.-Please provide and use low-level disinfectant such as preempt RTU after the cleaning step to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment.
