- There was a gap at the base of the front entry door.Install weather stripping or otherwise ensure the gap at the base of the front door is sealed to help prevent pests from entering.

- The flooring in the back bakery was starting to wear. There were holes where the flooring had worn away, exposing the flooring beneath.Repair/replace the damaged flooring.

- A bag of flour was being stored directly on the floor.Ensure that food is stored at least 15 cm (6 inches) off the floor to help protect it from contamination.

- There was low pressure at the cold water tap for the hand wash sink in the front prepared food service area.Have the hand wash sink repaired to increase the water pressure.

- Mouse droppings were observed on floors in the back (west) storage area, as well as by the front door.Safely clean up mouse droppings. Monitor for further activity.

- Bottles of cleaner were not correctly labeled. Chemicals were properly labeled during inspection.

- The back door of the facility was left open. Staff indicated that the screen door had broken. Door was closed during inspection. Replace screen door and ensure sufficient pest proofing if intending to leave main back door open.
