      • 1. Fry baskets stored on top of cardboard. Ensure these are stored on smooth and easily cleanable surfaces only. Carboard is not acceptable.2. Fry basket and cardboard stored on top of CO2 tank. Do not store anything on the CO2 tank.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Laminate strips were peeled off the front cupboard edges. Fix the edges.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Build up of grease on and underneath back door steps. Ensure this area is cleaned.
