     • Reusable cloths for disinfection were draped over the bleach spray bottles. Reusable cloths must be washed between each use. Cloth was placed in dirty laundry bin during inspection. Clean cloths were available.

     • Railing in room 4 is loose; tighten the railing.The vent in the hallway in the ceiling is not secure; fasten and secure the vent.Mats in the playroom are torn on the edges; repair or replace the mats.
   • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Remove cleaning equipment that is accessible to children in the washroom close to the hand washing sink. Store it in a manner that is not accessible to children.Do not store shoes in the washroom stall.
