- At the time of inspection, observed staff sweeping the floors in the dining area. Tables were clean but were a bit greasy. Staff was instructed to clean the tables with soap water first to remove the grease stains before sanitizing. Glass windows were clean but had fingers prints. Staff indicated windows are cleaned few times a week. General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory.
