      • Observation(s): • Of the four installed sinks, the two that are closest to food prep areas are dedicated as dump sinks exclusively. Handwashing stations must be in close proximity to where food is handled. Corrective Actions: • Either (a) supply all four sinks with soap and paper towel and allow for dual use (handwashing and dump sink) as long as the sinks are never blocked or (b) ensure the sink closest to the drive through window is only used for handwashing.
      • F2.7D Handwashing stations must be maintained, adequate in number and location, to ensure convenient access to all employees.
