      • Flies were present in the facility, and a window lacking a screen was open.Take measures to eliminate the flies from the facility. Additionally, either close the window or install a tight-fitting screen on the window.

      • There was a leak under the hand wash sink located on the west side of the facility.Repair the plumbing leak under the west side hand wash sink.

      • Condensation from the freezers located in the back food handling area was leaking onto the floor.Repair the freezer to stop the freezer condensate from leaking onto the floor.
