Technician requested the walk-in cooler be turned off to remove ice build-up under the fan
      • Corrective Action: Technician was on site to during the inspection to remove the ice build-up in the walk-in cooler.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The men's washroom had shaved hair in the sink
