- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Dough was left uncovered and open to contamination from the apron (with suspended particles) hung directly beside the mixer. - Observation: The employee working at the time of inspection did not have FoodSafe training. It is a requirement for at least one employee to have their certification on every shift.
- Corrective Action: Ensure both employees are FoodSafe certified. Certifications should be obtained by October 30th, 2023.
