- Food area is located in the basement of a residential home. A physical barrier is required to separate the food area from the adjacent stairway to reduce risk of contamination.

- Temperatures of both freezers were acceptable at the time of inspection. Thermometers are required in each unit to ensure ongoing monitoring.
