      • Mouse droppings were noted in several areas in the facility, including behind the refrigeration units at the front display area, underneath the compartment sink in the back kitchen, below the staircase, below the shelving units in the back kitchen area, and in some areas of the floor in the front display area and in the back kitchen area.The inspector provided information to the operator regarding the proper cleaning and removal of the mouse droppings from the facility (see closing comment).NOTE: Once the mouse droppings are removed, the inspector informed the operator to monitor all areas of the facility and keep track of any new formations of mouse droppings. New formations of mouse droppings indicate an active pest infestation and activity, which requires the service of a professional pest control company to help control and eliminate the pest concerns.
