- 1. Sink plugs were stored in the basin of the hand wash sink near the dishwasher. Both sinks were inaccessible for hand washing.Ensure that all hand wash stations are accessible for hand washing. 2. A paper towel dispenser is needed at the sink beside the espresso maker. Ensure that all hand wash stations are stocked with soap and single-use paper towels. Please purchase a paper towel dispenser.3. There was no hot water at the hand wash station beside the espresso maker. Ensure that all sinks are equipped with hot and cold running water.

- 1. Several tins of canned food, boxes of oil and tomato sauce were stored on the floor. Ensure that containers of food are stored at least 6 inches off the floor.2. Fly swatter stored on bags of gravy powder. Fly swatter moved before the end of the inspection. Store items that are not associated with food handling seperate.

- Two cans of residential pesticide found in the bar. Staff directed to remove the chemicals from the food establishment as all pesticides/insecticides must be applied by a certified pest control operator.

- 0PPM sanitizer was measured in the bar glasswasher. Ensure that 12.5-25ppm iodine is measured in the glasswasher. Please repair. Staff to use the main dishwasher until the glasswasher is repaired. Ensure that the glasswasher is sanitizing and operating as per the manufacture's specifications.
