- Pre-empt CS20 was available for disinfection. The disinfectant had expired in September, 2024. Product was tested and still had sufficient hydrogen peroxide. Operator requested to obtain new disinfectant within 24 hours.Testing log was onsite for reference, but previous logs were not available. Ensure that testing logs are kept onsite for records.
