Toys must be cleaned and sanitized in a designated sink to prevent contamination and the spread of infection.3. Dirty mat with rough surfaces observed in the infant diapering area.-Please replace the indicated mat with a smooth, non-absorbent, and easy-to-clean diapering mat.

Sensory bottles with multiple layers of adhesive tapes were observed Infant A classroom-Please seal sensory bottles with non-toxic glue.Openable sensory bottles may expose children to potentially hazardous substances, and the use of multiple adhesive tapes makes the bottles difficult to clean and sanitize.2. 2. Cane rattan toy backet which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, was observed in preschool 1B room.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, nonabsorbent and easy-to-clean containers.
