      • Push pins were observed on classroom walls.-Please remove all push pins and replace them with safer, protective materials to prevent or reduce children’s access to hazardous items.-Any staple pins used to attach materials to classroom walls must be securely covered with adhesive tape to minimize the risk of injury.

      • Long tangling wire was observed in the 3 years old classroom.-Please keep long wire out of reach of children to prevent the risk of entanglement.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Sanitizer concentration (bleach solution) was inadequate, was measured between 10 and 50ppm during the inspection.-Please monitor daily with suitable test strip and ensure bleach solution is maintained at 100ppm concentration. This is to assure effective cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and play equipment.To make 100ppm bleach solution, mix ½ to one teaspoon (2–5 ml) bleach into one litre of water.
