    • 03. Are facility-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices?
      • Update Sept 11, 2025: was not observed at time of inspection. Will further discuss with operator.The operator must ensure that facility- specific written procedures are established. For example: client care in the event of an accidental skin cut or puncture, the cleansing of skin and the application of antiseptic products, etc. Ensure that the facility has written procedures that pertain to the services offered.
    • 25. Are the equipment manufacturer's instructions for use of specific equipment available and followed?
      • Unable to locate manufacturers instructions for laser machine.- Ensure ease of access to manufacturers instructions for laser machine.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Update Sept 11, 2025: Ensure all bottles even alcohol bottles are labelled.Facility has multiple unlabeled bottles at the hair cutting stations as well in the laser room. Ensure that all bottles are labelled with the chemical/product that is in the bottles.

      • Semi-critical tools such as tweezers and loops are cleaned and disinfected with alcohol.- Ensure to acquire the correct high level disinfectant for semi critical tools.- Discussed onsite to acquire high level disinfectant (CS20 or HLD5), test strips, and to record keep when used. Ensure to follow manufacturers instructions for whichever product you acquire and soak for intended contact time.
