      • Cooked high-risk food items measured below 60C. PHI indicated that the vendor needs to replace food items every 2 hours if a temperature of above 60C can't be maintained. Ensure that all cooked high-risk food items are kept above 60C.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There was no soap for handwashing. All handwash stations must be supplied with soap and paper towel so that satisfactory hand hygiene can be performed.
