    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • 1-Ceiling tiles at several locations were misplaced. gaps were observed between ceiling tiles. Ensure ceiling tiles are adequately installed leaving no gaps.2-Water infiltration marks were noted on ceiling tiles in pre-school classroom. Investigate if there is an active leak and address the issue and replace the damaged tiles.3-Floor covering in the laundry room was in the process of installation.4-Telephone wires were noted being handing from the outlet and missing the outlet covers. Cover all the outlets and adequately handle the wires to prevent entanglement hazard.5- Wall in front of the second door in kinder room was not finished. surfaces need to be smooth and cleanable.6-Window coverings were missing in the pre-school room where napping would happen. Install cordless window coverings.7-Sick child area has not been set up to isolate the sick child to be picked up.8-Storage space of sanitizer bottles in the classrooms need to be set up. All chemical bottles need to be out of reach of children.9-Wahshroom doors must be openable from outside.10-Storage of children beds need to be adequate to prevent contamination.11-Test strips required for all sanitizers being used in the facility to monitor the required concentration all times.12-Electrical outlet covers are required.

      • Cubbies at the entrance area need to be organize to make the cubbies reachable to the children.Ensure personal items are adequately stored in the cubbies.
